You are entitled to request us to quote 20 diamonds from other online retailers within 7 days.
If we are unable to at least 1 diamond with more than USD100 discount, we will make full refund of the quotation fee after deducting the actual payment gateway charges. Please ensure the original diamond price is no less than USD5,000. The higher the value of the diamonds, the bigger the discount!
If we could quote at least 1 diamond, the full quotation fee is non-refundable.
If you decide to purchase our quoted diamond, you could deduct the quotation fee. Please make payment within 24 hours, otherwise our quotation is forfeited.
