These policies apply to diamondcheers.com web site orders to be shipped to Australia, Guam, Japan, Macau, Mexico, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Taiwan, US Virgin Islands, and all other countries outside the Hong Kong. to which we may ship, except where noted for shipments to the U.A.E. and China.

Importer of Record
When ordering from DiamondCHEERS, except for shipments to the U.A.E. and China, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Title and risk of loss for items ordered will transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in Hong Kong. For shipments to the U.A.E. and China, title and risk of loss for items order transfer to the recipient upon pick up or delivery in the U.A.E. and China.
Prior to delivery to the recipient, the shipment may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges of the destination country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility, except for shipments to the U.A.E. in which DiamondCHEERS bears the cost of any customs fees or duties. Items eligible to be shipped under our international shipping policy are based on the destination country.
For shipments destined for Australia, Guam, Japan, Macau, Mexico, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Taiwan and US Virgin Islands, all products on our DiamondCHEERS Web site are eligible with the exception of the following products:
All international orders will be shipped, with no additional charge.
Asset Protection will be provided by a premier global insurance company for all orders shipped internationally. A fee of 2.5% of the value of your order will be applied during the checkout process, except for orders to the U.A.E. and China. This protects your order from the time it leaves DiamondCHEERS to when it arrives at your door. This policy is an agreement between the customer and the insurance company. Details about the insurance company and claims process will be provided to you, following your purchase, in your order confirmation email.
DiamondCHEERS accepts payment in any of the following currencies: Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, Chinese Yuan renminbi, Hong Kong dollar, Japanese yen, Macau pataca, Mexican peso, New Taiwan dollar, New Zealand dollar, Singapore dollar, or United States dollar. For orders shipping to China, we can only accept payment in Chinese Yuan Renminbi. Orders shipping to Australia, Guam, Japan, Macau, Mexico, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, or the US Virgin Islands must meet a minimum retail order value. Please see the table below for the order minimum per currency.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs either our shipper, or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. In some circumstances logistics company is required to pay certain duties and taxes, in advance, on a customer's behalf. For instance, logistics company may pay an advance fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to customs release or prior to certain items clearing customs. In these instances, logistics company will assess an Advancement Fee surcharge that will be billed to the party designated to pay duties and taxes.
The table below shows estimated duty and tax rates. Please be advised that DiamondCHEERS has no control over these charges. The actual amount charged by customs may differ from the rates below. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

Note: The recipient, as the importer of record, is responsible for working with the local authorities to resolve any GST tax issues. If a GST refund is desired because an order is returned or because an exchange, repair, or resize order is assessed GST tax, the recipient is responsible for following the procedures necessary to request such refund. Tax assessment and refund decisions are made by the Singapore authorities and are not controlled by DiamondCHEERS. Requests for copies of shipping documents needed to apply for tax refund requests may take up to 30 business days to fulfill.

Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.
Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.
In case the products is unsatisfed in relation to our manufacturing, we are happy to make a full refund.
